CONTRACT SERVICES:
Half pipe consultancy, design and construction
- We can consult and advise on your earthwork requirements for creating a new half pipe site or upgrading an existing
- Design and construction consists of a full half pipe build (including start platform) and shaping for an event or training
Snow park design and construction
- Design and creation of entire slopestyle course for events or training
- Construction of jump features and rail or box platforms as well as start area
Big Air design and construction
- Consultation and advice on your earthwork requirements
- Design and creation of kicker, table top and landing transition as well as run in
Snowboard and Skier cross design and construction
- Design and creation of entire snowboard or skier cross course for events or training
- Construction of all features including jumps and berms as well as start area

Global Cutter half pipe shaper
- This shaper comes in sizes from 13ft to 22ft and is one of only two shapers in the world to be able to produce an Olympic 22ft specification half pipe
- It is the only half pipe shaper with a digital interface using a laser guidance system that tracks off a guidance laser and simultaneously calculates vert
- It has distinguishing features that secure it as the leader in shaping technology
Laser guidance system
- This unique system effectively guides the building of all aspects of park and pipe features
- This system will save a resort 15% in snow and time savings, whether it is cutting around a take off ramp, setting up rails and boxes or pushing and grade setting a half pipe
All of our products have been proven at Cardrona Alpine Resort, New Zealand for the last 9 years and have been endorsed by the sports largest competitions, including the Burton NZ Open 09, FIS Snowboard World Cups over several seasons and the NZ Winter Games in 2009.
