The Global Cutter comes with an extensive support package. Upon delivery of the Global Cutter a full half pipe commissioning is completed that comprises of an initial build and shaping. Full and comprehensive operator training is also given.

Spare parts are readily available, easy to fit and are relatively inexpensive. Full operating and maintenance manuals are supplied upon delivery. The little maintenance required is assisted by the use of patented hydraulic opening rams for ease of maintenance and for tuning the height of the arm.
All of the Global Cutter's wearing steel parts are face hardened and/or case hardened for protection against foreign matter which can sometimes be found in snow. This gives the Global Cutter a very long running life on original parts.

Upon delivery the Global Cutter will be commissioned by either Development Snowparks or by it's Global Snowpark Alliance partner Arena Snowparks. Both companies were sub - contracted and contracted respectively to build and shape the half pipe for the Vancouver 2010 Olympics.
